崗位描述：
-全麵負責實驗室技術方麵的工作；
-負責對實驗室測試分析人員的工作進行指導和培訓，對檢測方法上存在的難點困難，提供思路，組織檢測人員解決問題；
-根據實驗室的發展需求組織落實新項目研究；

-Overall responsibility for the technical aspects of laboratory work;
-Responsible for the guidance and training of lab analysts, and provide ideas for the method difficulties, and organize relevant persons to solve the problems;
-Research and implement new project according to the lab development.
入職要求：
-30-45歲，化學專業，碩士或以上學曆，有海外留學或工作背景者優先；
-5年以上相關工作經驗；
-精通質譜分析（GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS）；
-對食品、食品添加劑、食品包材類產品有相當的了解和認識；
-關注國內外食品法規、要求，以及分析技術的發展動態；
-了解ISO 17025實驗室認可的基本要求；
-英語熟練，能夠用英語交流檢測方法，參加實驗室間交流合作，接待國外客戶審核。
Recruitment requirement:
-Age 30-45, specialized in chemistry, Master degree or above, oversea study or work background preferred;
-5 years related working experience;
-Proficient in GC-MS, LC-MS/MS, ICP-MS;
-Have considerable knowledge and understanding of food, food additives, food packaging materials;
-Attention to domestic and international food regulations, requirements, and analysis method developments;
-Understand the basic requirements of ISO 17025;
-Fluent in English, can discuss analysis methods with foreign colleagues, take care of the oversea client’s auditing, and participate the inter-laboratories cooperation.
